Consulting services for the Saxon State Administration: implementation and further development of the Digital Transformation strategy, creation and updating of IT strategies (e.g., IT sovereignty, open source, cloud, data management), implementation of binding IT and e-government regulations (especially Online Access Act (OZG), Saxon E-Government Act (SächsEGovG) or planned Saxon Digital Funding Act, Barrier-Free Websites Act (BfWebG), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), advice on CIO organization, IT controlling, evaluations, economic feasibility studies, requirements gathering, conception, development, selection, setup, control, and operation of IT systems, IT procedures, and central shared service components across the entire IT lifecycle (ITLM), including support for technical and organizational requirements of register modernization, centralization and consolidation of IT services at the Saxon State IT Services enterprise. Up to three service providers will be contracted.
