IT Consulting Services for Projects and Line Activities

Operational IT consulting services for projects and line activities: Support for quick and effective response to short-term IT requirements arising from new or changed business processes. The scope includes consulting, evaluation, investigation, and conceptual support for automation within the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA), Human Friendly Automation, organizational enablement for automation topics, BA's IT in the Hybrid Multicloud, reorganization, agile collaboration, and HR digitalization and transformation of HR-IT systems and processes. The consulting services are divided into HR Transformation (for reorganization, agile collaboration, HR digitalization), Automation (for automation in BA, Human Friendly Automation, organizational enablement), and Cloud (for BA's IT in the Hybrid Multicloud). This is a framework agreement with the three most economical bidders. The contract duration is 36 calendar months, starting earliest on 08.12.2026. The estimated call-off quantity is approx. 39,000 person-hours (PS) or 3,900 person-days (PT), where 1 PT equals 10 PS. There is no obligation to call off services. Billing is based on actual effort. The maximum quantity for this procurement is 4,680 PT.
