IT Operations Support for IT Infrastructure and Network Security of BMF and BMV Departments

Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operations support: The estimated maximum quantity for this Lot 5 is 30,901 person-days. The procedure comprises a total of four service areas, divided into 12 quantity lots. Service area 1: IT Infrastructure Services (Lots 1-4 for ITZBund, BMV and AA departments, BMI department, remaining federal administration). Service area 2: IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services (Lots 5-7 for BMF and BMV departments, BMI department, remaining federal administration). Service area 3: Integration and Middleware Services (Lots 8-9 for BMF department, remaining federal administration). Service area 4: Application Operations Support (Lots 10-12 for ITZBund, BMI, BMZ and AA departments, remaining federal administration). The 12 lots are tendered in twelve separate procurement procedures. Bidders can bid on all lots, but can be awarded a maximum of one lot per service area (service area 3) or two lots (service areas 1, 2, and 4).
