IT Operations Support and IT Infrastructure Services

Notice title: Rahmenvereinbarung über Technologiespezifische IT-Betriebsunterstützung - Leistungsbereich 1: IT-Infrastruktur Services - Los 2 (Ressorts BMV und AA)

Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operations support: a total of 12 lots, divided into four service areas. Service area 1 includes IT Infrastructure Services (4 lots), service area 2 IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services (3 lots), service area 3 Integration and Middleware Services (2 lots), and service area 4 Application Operations Support (3 lots). The lots are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures. Bidders can be awarded a maximum of one lot per service area 3 and a maximum of two lots per service areas 1, 2, and 4.
