During the first operational year the system must handle approximately 100 000 computer‑based test sittings, scaling to 350 000 test sitting within five years and to deliver up to 12 000 concurrent sessions. The services include secure EU/EFTA‑based hosting, 24 × 7 operation and monitoring, user support, corrective and preventive maintenance, and continuous functional enhancements. Pricing is on a pay‑per‑student (user) basis or pay-per-test or a mix there of. Supplemented by fixed hourly rates for any client‑specific or generic development agreed during the contract term. This procurement follows an open procedure in accordance with Article 34 of Act No. 120/2016 on Public Procurement
