IT Services for Hospital Applications: Implementation, Project Management, and Operations
IT application management: Framework agreement for support services, estimated start February 1, 2027, planned duration 4 years with extension options. A gradual transition is planned for Q1/Q2 2027, with full operational takeover by July 1, 2027, at the latest. The service provider assumes end-to-end responsibility for the IT of core processes, including secure and stable operations and IT service development. Affected areas include Business Information Systems (BIS), Hospital Information Systems (KIS), Integration, Special Systems and Archiving (ISA), and the ZDI itself. Services include smooth application operation, resolution of incidents and problems, releases, upgrades, and updates, as well as supporting project services. Services are to be delivered as a Managed Service based on the ITIL v4 framework. The client will provide IT hardware and parts of the software licenses.
