Initial IT Equipment for IT Specialists at JBS School Memmingen
Delivery, setup, and configuration of hardware, as well as software installation: Expansion of the school network with Microsoft Windows workstations for Staatliche Berufsschule I Memmingen, Bodenseestraße 45, 87700 Memmingen, using the educational network solution "Windows 5.x Musterlösung Baden-Württemberg". The service includes instruction for the system administrator, complete network documentation, free delivery to the point of use, and disposal of packaging materials by the contractor. The goal is the ready-to-use provision for daily teaching in the IT specialist (system integration) vocational training. Transport costs are borne by the contractor. An introductory meeting with the client and the Department for Schools and Sports of the City of Memmingen is required before installation begins. Formal acceptance will take place after complete service delivery. Partial payments are excluded. The contract begins with the award (presumably 42nd calendar week 2026), ready-to-use provision by 06.11.2026 at the latest; further items as per the tender documents.
