IT Hosting and Supervision for Central Ticketing System of Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 and 88 Transport Networks

IT hosting and administration of the central ticketing system for the Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 and 88 interurban road transport networks: takeover and transfer of current hardware with data integrity guarantee, hosting of the central server, technical monitoring (supervision, operational tasks, backup management). The ticketing system includes one central server, 430 onboard terminals, and 13 fixed point-of-sale terminals. The framework agreement is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum amount, and with a maximum amount of 360,000.00 Euro (excl. VAT) over the total duration (including renewals).
