Online Survey Platform for Customers and Employees

Provision of an externally hosted, web-based online survey platform ZKM as Software as a Service (SaaS) for conducting customer and employee surveys for the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). The service includes time-limited access to the SaaS solution, optional dashboards for live evaluations, panel functionalities, training, and an optional service contingent for customizing and interface adjustments (e.g., REST API, WebDav/SFTP). The scope includes an annual volume of up to 1,000,000 potential participants per survey, approx. 40 administrator accounts, and an optional service contingent of approx. 75 person-days. The contract duration is 36 months with a one-time extension option for a further 12 months.
