Availability, software expert activities, and support services for the IT systems MIR-2, Enter Hungary, and Ügyintézői Modul of the Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság: The MIR-2 system manages personal data of refugees, protected persons, and asylum seekers, as well as data related to their stay, provision, and support. The ENTER HUNGARY (EH) information system provides comprehensive services for registered users planning to enter, settle, work, study, invest in Hungary, or electronically extend previously obtained permits. The Ügyintézői Modul (ÜMO) is an application layer supporting the daily work of case officers. The framework for usable development capacity is 100 engineer days, with the contracting authority committing to utilize 70% of this capacity.
