IT Maintenance and Development for BeSTi@ and SJO BeSTi@ Systems
Maintenance and development of IT systems BeSTi@ and SJO BeSTi@: The BeSTi@ system manages budgets of local government units and includes BeSTi@ API components (frontend, backend, www.finansejst.mf.gov.pl portal) and BeSTi@ Subwencje. The SJO BeSTi@ system provides reporting for organizational units. The basic order includes technical assistance for both systems. Optional services comprise a 12-month extension of technical assistance, development services (adaptations/changes) for both systems over 24 months, a further 12-month extension of these development services, implementation of a forced update mechanism for the SJO BeSTi@ application (ZAD1), and implementation of mechanisms to ensure correctness and verification of JST/JO identification data (REGON number) (ZAD2); further items as per the tender documents.
