Standalone wireless access control system
Procurement of a standalone wireless access control system: including installation, user training, maintenance, and support services, all necessary software, licenses, system components, door environment connection works, handover documentation, and system configuration, definition, and programming works. The system complements existing access control systems and will initially be installed in the Kauppi University Hospital Sote Station, which is currently under construction. Fixed prices for the Kauppi installation are based on door information (Appendix 8) and the contract boundary appendix (Appendix 9), with similar contract boundaries as described for building Y in Appendix 9. Installation will occur in door environments with existing star-topology cabling. During the contract period, the system can also be procured for other client buildings, for which separate unit prices for system components/parts and installation work are requested. Detailed requirements are described in Appendix 7. The contract duration is until December 31, 2028, with an option for an indefinite extension period.
