Annual contract for emergency repairs, construction, and maintenance services

Civil engineering works for emergency repairs, construction, and maintenance services within the association area of AZV Mittlere Mulde, including the municipalities of Eilenburg, Zschepplin, Doberschütz, Krostitz and their districts: 350 m PE-HD wastewater pressure pipes da 50 to 280, 570 m Stz wastewater channels DN 150 - DN 400, 370 m PP wastewater channels DN 110 to DN 400, 50 m Sb wastewater channels DN 300 to DN 500, 12 m GGG wastewater channels DN 150 to DN 200, 9 units Sb inspection shafts DN 1000, 2 units Sb inspection shafts DN 1200, 12 units PP inspection shafts DN 400, 4 units inspection shafts DN 600; breaking up and restoration of 860 m² asphalt surface, 380 m² paved surface, 100 m² concrete surface, and 260 m curbs. The contract duration is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, including 24-hour readiness. No planning services are required. Qualification proofs include Quality Assurance for Sewer Construction RAL-GZ 961 assessment group AK2, MVAS certificate, DVWG certificate W3pe, and valid liability insurance. A performance bond of 5% of the contract sum is required for contracts from €250,000.00. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are permitted; further items as per the tender documents.
