Sanitary and heating installations for the JVA Bremen infirmary building: Comprehensive renovation of the remaining building section after partial demolition and dismantling of all building services installations up to the house connections. Sanitary: Renewal of drainage systems with PP wastewater main lines up to approx. 2.0 m in front of the building, cast iron pipes for downpipes, sound-insulated PP for pre-walls and connection areas, fire protection cuffs at cast iron transitions. Drinking water systems: Complete reconstruction of the drinking water supply connected to the property's supply, including meters, filters, pressure reducers, new stainless steel pipe network, sound-decoupled and fully heat-insulated with aluminum-laminated mineral wool (100% insulation thickness). Separate laying of hot and cold water lines in shafts, suspended ceilings, and pre-walls. Series-connected drinking water connections, automatically flushing fittings, installation of control and shut-off valves with thermal insulation shells. Hot water preparation via fresh water system with heating water buffer storage in a flow-through system (installed by heating trade). Drinking water connection with safety group and sampling points. Sanitary objects in sanitary porcelain for staff areas, in stainless steel for prisoner access areas. Automatic taps and urinal flushes, suicide-resistant fittings in prisoner access areas. Drinking water samples for biological/chemical parameters and Legionella before use. Heating: Complete reconstruction of the heating system connected to the property's district heating supply. Supply via hydraulic separator to new heating distribution. Distributor with control circuits for district heating supply, hot water preparation, static heating old building, and static heating new building. Shut-off and control valves with flange connection. Hot water preparation via fresh water system with heating water buffer storage in a flow-through system. Heating pipe network made of seamless steel pipe, sound-decoupled, heat-insulated in the basement, installation shafts, and attic. Insulation with sheet metal jacket in impact-prone basement areas, aluminum-laminated mineral wool insulation in shafts and attic. Fire protection measures for ceiling penetrations. Radiators as PN 10 tube radiators, galvanized in shower rooms. Heating of the central ventilation unit via steel pipes with screwed valves.
