Operation of Heating and Cooling Systems for BKM Sites
Notice title: K2630 Hűtési-fűtési rendszerek üzemeltetése
Framework agreement for the operation, maintenance, repair, and potential replacement of central heating systems, gas appliances, central cooling systems, split air conditioners, VRF/VRV systems, fan coils, chillers, heat pumps, and air handling units at BKM sites. The contract duration is 36 months. The maximum ordering commitment is 70% of the framework amount. Materials and spare parts not listed in the tender documents will be charged at purchase price plus a margin. Invoices in foreign currency will be converted to HUF at the MNB mid-rate on the date of fulfillment.
