Camera Surveillance Systems for HUS Facilities

Installation, maintenance, and repair of camera surveillance systems in hospitals and other facilities of the HUS Group, particularly in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo, and Raasepori, as well as to a lesser extent in other locations. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for the entire HUS area. The contract duration is two (2) years, with an option for one (1) extension of two (2) years. For procurements above the national threshold, mini-competitions will be held; below the threshold, the client may award directly or also conduct mini-competitions. Prices from mini-competitions must not exceed the agreed contract prices, but lower offers are possible. The client is not committed to specific purchase quantities. There is an option to procure additional products, rental equipment, machinery, or specialized expertise. The HUS Group owns approximately 1,300,000 gross square meters of hospital properties, including leased hospitals. Site visits will not be arranged in advance but will occur upon order placement.
