Sewer construction for KE Plaßstraße/Tiewinkel and Kurler Busch, Part A & B

Sewer construction: approx. 9,200 m³ earth excavation from 0 to 5.40 m, approx. 620 m³ earth excavation and profiling for open trench, approx. 6,800 m² standard shoring, approx. 1,500 m² single slide rail shoring, approx. 50 m² trench sheet shoring, approx. 310 m² sheet pile shoring up to 7.50 m pile length. Includes 2 starting pits with shotcrete (max. 6.00 m diameter, approx. 5.10 m and 6.30 m depth) and 2 target pits with shotcrete (max. 6.00 m diameter, approx. 4.40 m and 5.60 m depth). Pipelines comprise approx. 100 m KG pipes DN 100 to DN 200, approx. 160 m PP pipes DN 160 to DN 200, approx. 450 m vitrified clay pipes DN 300 and DN 400, approx. 840 m concrete pipes DN 500, DN 600, DN 700 and DN 800, approx. 150 m reinforced concrete pipes DN 800. Jacking pipes: approx. 95 m vitrified clay DN 400, approx. 95 m reinforced concrete DN 500, approx. 75 m reinforced concrete DN 800. Shafts: 12 precast shafts DN 1000, 7 precast shafts DN 1200, 13 precast shafts DN 1500, 6 reinforced concrete shafts 10 to 30 m³. Furthermore, 3 concrete rectangular profiles as trough profiles and approx. 8 m reinforced concrete rectangular profile 1000 x 1000 mm as culvert. Additionally, approx. 3,300 m² road restoration, approx. 180 m horizontal flushing procedure for unexploded ordnance detection, approx. 70 m horizontal flushing procedure for unexploded ordnance detection under railway tracks, approx. 30 vertical KBD drillings, approx. 4,600 m² vegetation technical works, 29 tree plantings, and 100 shrub plantings.
