Sewer Renewal Relief Mountain Collector (Part 1)

Sewer construction works using trenchless methods: 1,110 m pipe jacking DN 2500 in three sections with invert depths up to 11.0 m. This includes the construction of 6 in-situ concrete structures (relief structure, access structures 1+2, emptying pumping station, outlet structure, and outlet channel), 790 m³ concreting works (base, wall, and ceiling concrete), 2,900 m² formwork, 2 tangential shafts made of in-situ concrete and precast reinforced concrete elements, and the laying of 700 m cable protection pipes including cable shafts. Shoring works comprise the construction of 7,530 m bored pile walls from bored piles DN 900-1500 (pile lengths up to 24.0 m), 600 m³ excavation pit/underwater concrete bases, 850 m micropiles (lengths up to 17.00 m), 1,230 m² steel sheet piling (plank lengths up to 18.00 m), 630 m² steel sheet piling in water (plank lengths up to 13.50 m), 190 m injection anchors for the main excavation pit (anchor lengths up to 23.5 m), and 1,500 m² shoring for pipe and sewer trenches (trench depths up to 6 m). Earthworks involve 8,060 m³ soil excavation (pipe jacking), 8,650 m³ soil excavation for construction pits (depths up to 15.5 m), 2,500 m³ soil excavation for pipe/sewer trenches (depths up to 6.00 m), 6,390 m³ backfilling of construction pits and pipe/sewer trenches, and 48,500 t soil transports. Surface works include stripping and re-covering 430 m³ topsoil, breaking up and restoring 1,220 m² bituminous paving and 330 m² water-bound base course, and removing and reinstalling 840 m² paving and slabs made of concrete or natural stone. Further services include explosive ordnance disposal, traffic safety measures, groundwater lowering measures, demolition works, wastewater management measures, hydraulic engineering works (in/on the Main river), and track construction works.
