Framework Agreement for Street and Stormwater Design 2026-2028 (2030)

Design and expert services for street and stormwater technology in public areas: Contract duration 2 years from the start date, with an option for two separately agreed extension years. The procurement primarily includes the preparation of street and stormwater plans to the extent required for administrative processing, along with the creation of related construction plans, cost estimates, and procurement documents. Three service providers will be selected for projects in these design areas under the framework agreement. The framework agreement is valid for projects up to a project-specific ceiling of 10,000 Euros; larger projects are handled through a different framework agreement.
