Purchase of a GC/MS/MS chromatograph

Delivery of a GC/MS/MS chromatograph: The detailed list of equipment and required parameters are contained in Annex No. 7 of the tender documents (Assortment Form/Description of the Subject of the Order). The contractor will provide free application, implementation, and consultation training for pesticide compounds selected by the contracting authority, especially those presented in Annex A, using selected extraction techniques and agreed LOQ levels, with the contracting authority's materials and reagents, for 80 hours, provided that the training is conducted on agreed dates and days during the warranty period. The warranty for the device is a minimum of 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The contractor must ensure authorized warranty and post-warranty service. Free annual technical inspections of the subject of the order are required throughout the warranty period. A free annual technical inspection of the subject of the order must be performed once a year for two years after the warranty period. The contractor will provide the contracting authority with free access to software updates. Delivery of a brand new device, manufactured in 2026, from serial production, free from physical and legal defects, possessing the legally required approvals and certificates for circulation in the EU territory, is required. After installation, the equipment must be ready for operation without additional purchases (with the exception of reagents and standards). The order value includes delivery of the equipment to the specified address, installation, full documentation, and training in the operation of the equipment and software in the contracting authority's laboratory in Polish. Acceptance of the device is conditional on a positive sensitivity test and obtaining positive results for the determination of compounds from Annex A at the levels specified by the contracting authority.
