This also covers preparatory and design works, dismantling works, necessary installations, conducting trials, tests, and measurements, preparing as-built documentation, and training of the client's personnel. The contract is a mixed contract comprising supplies, services, and construction works. The contractor must submit a physical and financial schedule within 10 days of contract signing, subject to the client's approval, detailing work stages with financial values and completion dates. Payments will be made according to the approved schedule, based on partial and final invoices. The client will provide investor supervision.
