Purchase, delivery, assembly, and configuration of an external LED display for the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław: includes construction works, delivery, assembly, configuration, integration, and commissioning of technical systems for the modernization of the stadium infrastructure. This comprises preparatory and design works, dismantling works, necessary installations, conducting trials, tests, and measurements, preparing as-built documentation, and training the client's personnel. The mixed contract (supplies, services, and construction works) requires the submission of a physical and financial schedule within 10 days of contract signing, detailing work stages with financial values and completion dates. Payments will be made according to the approved schedule, based on partial and final invoices. Acceptance procedures, including partial and final acceptance, will be carried out with the participation of investment supervision inspectors and require the signature of the client's representative and the relevant investment supervision inspector.
