Purchase, delivery, and installation of office supplies and materials for units of the Silesian Police garrison

Delivery of office supplies and materials for units of the Silesian Police garrison: The entire assortment must be factory new, free from technical and legal defects, approved for trade, Grade I, and meet the quality and utility standards specified in Annex 3 to the tender documents (price form). The bidder must specify the manufacturer, name, symbol, or other unique identification data in Annex 3, column 10; for multi-color products, all symbols must be listed. The minimum warranty is 12, 24, or 36 months from the date of delivery, as per Annex 3, column 2, for each item. All costs for warranty services, including transport, are borne by the contractor. Billing will be based on actually realized successive deliveries according to needs, at the offered gross unit prices. The estimated contract value is 2,522,202.88 PLN gross. Subcontractors are permitted; the parts of the order to be subcontracted must be indicated. Protection of personal data according to GDPR (EU) 2016/679 must be ensured. A change of assortment is only allowed if the offered item is withdrawn from sale, production ceased, or unavailable on the Polish market (confirmed by manufacturer/representative), provided requirements are met, the price is not higher, and the client's consent is obtained.
