Purchase and Delivery of Media Technology Components for the Faculty of Humanities

Delivery of media technology components: 1 delivery package for the expansion of the media technology equipment of the Faculty of Humanities at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, with a maximum procurement budget of approx. 60,000 € gross. Payment will be made within 30 days net against invoice, with a maximum of 2 partial invoices accepted, and only electronic invoices (PDF, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD) via email are permitted. Required documents include a subcontractor directory (if applicable), a certificate of registration in the Saxony-Anhalt contractor and supplier directory or an accredited pre-qualification body (e.g., DIHK PQ-VOL), alternatively a self-declaration according to §§123, 124 GWB, as well as self-declarations for TVergG-LSA (§ 11 para. 1, 3 and 5 on collective bargaining loyalty, minimum hourly wage and equal pay; § 14 para. 2, 4 on subcontractors and lenders; § 17 para. 1, 2 and 3 on proof obligations during controls). The minimum hourly wage is 16.12 € according to § 11 para. 3 TVergG. The award criterion is the lowest price.
