Purchase of Electrical Energy for OPWiK Sp. z o.o. (01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027)
Delivery and repurchase of electrical energy for Ostrołęckie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027: estimated demand 3,570 MWh (+/- 15%), estimated repurchase 100 MWh (+/- 30%). The client is a producer from a biogas plant (514 kW, B23 tariff, operational since 2011) and will commission a photovoltaic installation (499 kW, B23 tariff) during the contract term. The supplier must assume the role of commercial balancing responsible party for the sold energy. Delivery is according to quality standards per DNO instructions, PN-EN 50160:2010, and PN-IEC 60038. Energy demand is split into tariff C11 (approx. 40 MWh), tariff C12A (approx. 280 MWh), and tariff B23 (approx. 3,250 MWh). The supplier is responsible for managing the change of supplier process with the distribution system operator PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Warszawa. The contract duration is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with the possibility of postponing the start date after a successful supplier change.
