Reed projects in Kemiönsaari

Notice title: Kemiönsaaren ruokohankkeet

Reed cutting, harvesting, collection, transport, intermediate storage, and processing services for the Municipality of Kemiönsaari during 2026–2029. Procurement is conducted via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), allowing flexible tendering for reed cutting, harvesting, and utilization services at various locations and times. Services include summer and winter cutting, collection and piling of cut reed material, loading and initial transport to storage or further processing sites, intermediate storage, processing (e.g., drying, crushing, pelletizing), and transport for further processing or refinement. Also included are potential preparatory and infrastructure works required for site accessibility, as well as documentation, reporting, and object-specific quality and safety tasks. The RuokoResurssi – VassResursen (2026–2028) and ReCreateBioBased (2026–2029) projects are part of this procurement. The Dynamic Purchasing System is valid until 31.12.2029.
