Small HVAC and plumbing works for properties: Execution of heating, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC) works, including protection and auxiliary tasks, for properties in the Kokkola hospital area and other central Kokkola areas. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029, with possible option periods from 01.01.2030 to 31.12.2030 and from 01.01.2031 to 31.12.2031. The framework agreement is intended for smaller works, not for larger construction projects. Bidders must have sufficient experience with demanding HVAC works in operational properties and must name at least three reference projects from the last five years where HVAC works were performed in healthcare facilities, care sector facilities, or similar premises with special requirements (hospitals, health centers, care institutions, laboratories). References must demonstrate the ability to minimize user disturbances and coordinate works with property operations. The award criterion is the lowest price. For material and subcontracting purchases, a mark-up of 12% on the purchase price (1.12 x purchase price) will be applied; purchase invoices must be attached to sales invoices.
