Wastewater Treatment Plant for the Municipalities of Rafina-Pikermi and Spata-Artemida

Planning, construction, commissioning, and operation of a wastewater treatment plant: Preparation of the final and implementation studies and complete construction of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and the submarine pipeline; commissioning and trial operation of the WWTP and the discharge pipeline, including completion tests and training of EYDAP personnel; updating and supplementing the approved final study, preparation of the implementation study, and complete construction of the Environmental Awareness and Information Center (EAIC) and its surrounding area. The EAIC administration building will be constructed on a plot of approximately 23,000 m² in the northwestern part of the WWTP site. This is followed by the regular operation and maintenance of the WWTP and the submarine pipeline, as well as the maintenance of the EAIC and its surrounding area, for a period of seven (7) years or eighty-four (84) months, with an option for one (1) additional year. The contract also includes the preparation of all necessary studies and supporting works, including the final and implementation studies for the WWTP facilities and the submarine discharge pipeline, the implementation study for the EAIC, seabed and geotechnical investigations for the submarine pipeline, a HAZOP study for the WWTP facilities, health and safety plans, updating existing and preparing new environmental studies, obtaining all types of permits for construction and operation, preparing operation and maintenance manuals, preparing contractually required operation and maintenance documents, and preparing the project register; further items as per the tender documents.
