Conclusion of a framework agreement for the expert review of the amount of additional claims for infrastructure projects of Deutsche Bahn AG. The service includes the review, negotiation, and documentation of additional claims from the areas of construction (VOB/B) and planning/engineering services (HOAI). The measure is divided into two lots: Lot 1 concerns construction services in superstructure, civil engineering, structural engineering, and specialist civil engineering, as well as equipment; Lot 2 concerns architectural and engineering services. The services are to be provided predominantly online at the contractor's premises using the VRI DMS (Doxis) system.
