Air conditioning works for schools: The contract includes a fixed-price part and a purchase order part. The estimated total value is 1,947,105.00 Euros (excl. VAT) over 36 months, comprising 1,902,810.00 Euros (excl. VAT) for the fixed-price part and 44,295.00 Euros (excl. VAT) for the purchase order part. The maximum value for the purchase order part is 200,000.00 Euros (excl. VAT). The execution period for the fixed-price part is 36 months. The duration for the purchase order part is also 36 months with no renewal options. The contract starts with a service order, to be issued within a maximum of 12 months from contract notification. A maximum of 3 lots can be awarded to a single bidder; bidders must rank the lots by priority.
