Cooking and waiting services for the Leśnik Training and Recreation Center in Orzechowo in 2026: Personnel for cooking, kitchen assistance, and waiting services must be employed under an employment contract in accordance with Art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code. The performance of key tasks, especially facility supervision, is an evaluation criterion for the bidder's self-performance; other parts may be subcontracted, in which case subcontractors must be named in the offer. An option for an additional scope of services up to 20% of the contract value is provided, based on the unit prices from the offer. This option can be used if necessary for service expansion or as a safeguard if no other providers are found, no later than 3 weeks before the end of the contract period.
