Cogeneration plant for energy production from processed municipal waste with heat utilization for the district heating network in Tarnów: Design, construction, commissioning, and handover of the plant on the premises of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. in Tarnów, ul. Spokojna 65, on plots 136/13; 141/2; 153/1; 153/2; 154/2; 154/3; 154/4; 155/2; 155/3; 156/23; 156/5; 156/25; 156/19; 156/21. The scope includes the preparation of project documentation (preliminary, construction, technical, and executive designs for all trades) including obtaining all necessary permits (e.g., building permit), supply of equipment and materials, preparatory works, utility connections, construction works for buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire roads, external connections, as well as technological networks and installations, power supply, electrical, Instrumentation & Control (I&C), sanitary, monitoring, fire protection, and OHS systems. Furthermore, it includes demolition/dismantling of unnecessary existing objects and networks, relocation of networks, installation of equipment and installations, commissioning, trial and regulatory operation (incl. initial filling with working fluids and storage tanks), warranty tests and measurements, preparation of as-built documentation, staff training (theoretical and practical with electronic materials), obtaining all necessary certificates and permits for operational handover. Additionally, technical assistance (in the first year of operation), CHP_RDF service during the warranty period, and the supply of spare and consumable parts during the warranty period according to SWZ_11, as well as the fulfillment of warranty and defect liability obligations and ground leveling for the CHP_RDF and associated facilities are included. Execution must comply with Polish law and technical building regulations; devices must be manufactured within the period specified in SWZ_11.
