Collective Occupational Disability Insurance (AOV)
Collective occupational disability insurance (AOV) for 427 employees of Gemeente Peel en Maas: Supplementation of WIA benefit and ABP occupational disability pension up to a minimum of 70% for partial occupational disability, 10% of insured income for full occupational disability (WGA 80-100%), and 5% for IVA 80-100%. Income supplementation continues until the participant's AOW-eligible age. Premium payment occurs as long as an insurable interest exists. The insured wage sum is approximately 20,500,000 EUR. The contract duration is 3 years, starting on January 1, 2027, and ending on January 1, 2030, with an option for extension by another 3 years.
