Framework agreement for municipal funeral services: Execution of funerals in accordance with the Burial and Cremation Act of the municipality of Apeldoorn. Services must be performed uniformly, soberly, and respectfully, upholding the human dignity of the deceased, while considering the public nature and cost control. The estimated value of the framework agreement is €1,600,000; the maximum contract value over the total term is €2,400,000 (excl. VAT). If the maximum value is reached, the framework agreement may be terminated with one month's notice, without entitlement to compensation.
