Waste Compactor with Blade via Operational Leasing

Delivery of a waste compactor with a blade via operational leasing. The machine must have been manufactured no earlier than 2004 and fully rebuilt no earlier than 2026. It must not be a prototype but originate from serial production. The delivery includes an operating manual, warranty book, complete technical documentation including an extract from the homologation certificate, and complete operating documentation. An authorized warranty service in Poland, closest to the contracting authority's seat, must be designated. The minimum warranty period is 24 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, starting from the delivery date. Operator training totaling 7 hours (4 hours theoretical/demonstrative at the contracting authority's premises, 3 hours practical/demonstrative in the field) for a minimum of 2 designated employees must be provided. The costs for this training are borne by the supplier. The contracting authority reserves the right to install GPS or other monitoring systems without voiding the manufacturer's warranty. Transport, unloading, and commissioning of the machine at the contracting authority's premises are included in the delivery. Detailed financing parameters are specified in Annex 3 of the tender documents.
