Complete organization of participation for companies from Łódź Voivodeship as exhibitors at the lingerie fair IMMAGINE ITALIA & Co. in Florence (Italy) from 13-15.02.2027: preparatory meeting, organization of fair participation (purchase of exhibition space, stand construction project and realization, stand equipment with assembly/disassembly, technical support, stand insurance), translation service, stand assistance service, event coordinator service, publication of exhibitor advertisements in an international trade magazine, optional support for B2B meetings and acquisition of foreign partners, optional organization of a fashion show, transport/forwarding of materials/products, passenger transport, accommodation service, participant insurance, fair entry, additional contractor duties, transfer of proprietary copyrights. A maximum of 15 persons will participate (6 exhibitors, 12 company representatives, 3 contracting authority representatives).
