Complex reconstruction of a school dormitory in the EDUTECH Campus: The building comprises one basement floor and seven above-ground floors. Internal spaces will be renovated, with accommodation units changing from a room-based to a cell-based system, each cell featuring separate sanitary facilities (bathroom with shower and toilet). A new fire escape staircase will be added. The 7th floor, currently an attic, will be removed and replaced with a new superstructure with a flat roof. The dormitory will include spaces for accommodation, teaching, administration, and operation. All internal installations will be new, the fire protection system (EPS and HSP) will be supplemented, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, and a battery storage facility will be established in the basement. The elevator will be replaced. The works must comply with EU Regulation 2020/852 and the principle of 'do no significant harm' as per EU Regulation 2021/1060.
