Complex reconstruction of a school dormitory in the EDUTECH Campus: The building comprises one basement floor and 7 above-ground floors. Internal spaces will be renovated, with the accommodation unit system changing from room-based to cell-based; each cell will have separate sanitary facilities (bathroom with shower and toilet). A new fire escape staircase will be added. The 7th floor, currently an attic, will be removed and replaced with a new superstructure with a flat roof. The dormitory will include spaces for accommodation, teaching, administration, and operation. All internal installations will be new, a fire protection system (EPS and HSP) will be added, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, and a battery storage facility for energy will be established in the basement. The elevator will be replaced. The works must comply with EU Regulation 2020/852 and the "do no significant harm" principle; the conditions for this are detailed in Annex E.4 of the tender documents.
