Complex security, cleaning, and facility safeguarding services for Městský stadion Ostrava, Areál Bazaly, OSTRAVAR ARÉNA (including annex), Multifunctional Hall, and the Athletics Hall in Ostrava: Security services include guarding and reception services, technical security surveillance via a 24/7 monitoring center, operational adjustments to guard services during events, interventions for security incidents, documentation and reporting of incidents, organization of evacuations, operation of security technologies, and the development of security awareness and training. Cleaning services involve performing cleaning tasks with own materials, providing cleaning capacities for immediate responses to operational and security events, and replenishing hygiene products (provided by the client). A coordinator manages the cooperation between security and cleaning services, including security-related cleaning and weekly cleaning planning; further items as per the tender documents.
