Comprehensive Service for Printing Devices at Courts in Łódź and surrounding areas

Comprehensive service for printing and copying devices: Delivery, commissioning, and maintenance of a comprehensive service system, including inspections, repairs, maintenance, delivery and installation of additional printing devices, and replacement of consumables (excluding paper) based on the number of prints executed. The service includes providing and operating a system for remote monitoring of consumable consumption and reporting print volumes, with continuous web access to the contractor's service portal. Analysis of consumable consumption and their smooth delivery, as well as collection and disposal of used parts and consumables, are also included. Billing is via a monthly fee based on executed prints, with a unified cost per A4 page for all devices and locations. The estimated print/copy volume for the entire contract period is 19,620,000 A4 equivalent pages (545,000 pages x 36 months), where one A3 page counts as two A4 pages, an A4 duplex as two A4 pages, and an A3 duplex as four A4 pages. The service is provided for devices at the District Court in Łódź (Pl. Dąbrowskiego 5, ul. Narutowicza 64, ul. Wydawnicza 10, ul. Łagiewnicka 54/56 in Łódź, ul. Kopernika 16 in Skierniewice) and the Regional Courts in Brzeziny (ul. Waryńskiego 32, ul. Waryńskiego 34), Łęczyca (ul. M. Konopnickiej 16), Rawa Mazowiecka (ul. Zamkowa Wola 31, ul. Kościuszki 17), and Łowicz (ul. Kaliska 1/3).
