Delivery of a wireless conference and voting system for 108 delegates to the University of Debrecen: The system includes 1 conference management basic software module, 1 voting module, 1 delegate identification system module, 1 information display management application module, 1 data management and protocol module (data import, export), and the activation of the voting function for 108 delegates. The network and power supply infrastructure comprises 1 wireless access point and 1 power supply unit. For the delegate and chairman endpoints, 108 wireless desktop units and 108 microphones are required. Power supply and device logistics include 3 spare battery sets, 10 charging stations, and 7 factory transport boxes for the delegate units. Central audio processing requires 1 central audio unit. Services include system setup, installation, training (2 sessions of 2 hours each for 3 people), and delivery, including making the system portable as a mobile unit, compact setup of charging stations, rack setup for chargers, installation of devices and cabling, assembly of connectors, and other physical installation. The system must feature WPA2 Enterprise Wi-Fi security, dual antenna and redundant battery design, GSM/EMI immunity for microphones, real-time RF analysis in the access point, and Dante protocol for audio transmission. New, unused products with a 12-month full warranty from handover are to be delivered, including import, handover, authorization, market placement, transport, commissioning, and instruction.
