Conference Organization for the "III Silesian Forum for Just Transition" within the ROPT 2.0 Project
Organization, coordination, and support of the conference "III Silesian Forum for Just Transition," which serves as a debate forum on the process of just transformation within the Regional Observatory of the Transformation Process 2.0 (ROPT 2.0) project. The conference must be accessible to persons with various disabilities; if necessary, assistants, guides for the visually impaired, sign language interpreters, induction loops or FM systems, and assistants for persons with mobility impairments must be provided. A final accessibility report must be prepared in accordance with the EU equality guidelines 2021-2027, particularly Annex 2 of the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. Catering services must exclusively offer FAIRTRADE or equivalent certified coffee and tea.
