Planning and construction of the outdoor facilities for the Kongresshalle Nürnberg as a cumulative service: total area approximately 44,100 m², divided into twelve modules (A-L): visitor arrival and short-term parking area approx. 3,200 m²; lower forecourt approx. 600 m²; access for all/elevation overcoming structure approx. 1,400 m²; upper forecourt including driveway approx. 3,100 m²; access and approach State Theatre approx. 2,100 m²; southwestern operational and development area approx. 1,500 m²; dedicated bypass road approx. 4,000 m²; southern forecourt approx. 1,200 m²; ramp approx. 900 m²; eastern forecourt/access to large inner courtyard approx. 2,600 m²; eastern bypass road approx. 3,100 m²; large inner courtyard approx. 20,400 m². Scope includes planning services (review and further development of existing plans, object and specialist planning, variant studies, execution and detailed planning, coordination of disciplines and interfaces, consultations) and construction services (earthworks and landscaping, demolition and restoration work, rainwater management systems, civil engineering for utilities, traffic and recreational areas, parking spaces, bicycle parking facilities, waste disposal, ramps and stairs, retaining walls, smaller structural and constructive facilities, fences, lighting, signage, vegetation areas and irrigation, as well as connection and ancillary services). Planning must consider requirements of potential funding programs (FAG, BEG, KfW 444, KommKlimaFöR 2026, urban development funding, municipal guidelines). A lot-based award of individual, multiple, or all modules is reserved. An interdisciplinary planning and execution team is expected.
