Structural Timber, Steel Construction, and Windows for Community Center

Structural timber works, steel construction, windows, and shading for a community center: Construction of a two-story building with an attic in timber frame skeleton construction and a solid building core, including a purlin roof with extensive greening and a PV system. Erection of the load-bearing timber structure, installation of cross-laminated timber ceilings, assembly of the purlin roof truss with roof windows, creation of prefabricated timber frame exterior walls, attachment of the timber facade, and creation of the timber beam ceiling on the arcade. Design, delivery, and assembly of the steel structure for the arcade with fire protection coating, installation of timber-aluminum exterior window and door elements, and assembly of external textile screens on the facade and drop-arm awnings on the arcade structure. Site setup is restricted due to existing trees; a temporary loading bay for crane operations will be established.
