Conception and execution of interdisciplinary seminars (Q-Seminars): The offering targets all employees of BLB NRW and is based on a competence model with three competence fields ("Zusammen", "Erfolg", "Potenzial") and assigned competence factors (a-d). 8 to 12 seminars are planned per competence field, contributing to the competence factors. Approximately 3 dates per seminar are expected annually, totaling approx. 110 seminars per year.
