Design and construction of a floating multi-purpose offshore platform for the SEM-REV test site

Design and construction of a floating multi-purpose offshore platform (POMU) for the SEM-REV test site: A firm tranche (TF) covers the design of the POMU; a single optional tranche (TO) covers the realization of the POMU, including execution studies, supply of materials and equipment, construction of a new unit or conversion of an existing unit, outfitting of the platform, temporary quayside storage, transport of the platform to the SEM-REV test site, installation of the platform including its anchoring and connection to the SEM-REV electro-optical network, and commissioning of the platform. An order form part covers the extension of temporary quayside storage, limited to complementary punctual services; an optional supplementary service (PSE) covers the supply and implementation of a connected seabed observatory.
