Waste management services in Sector 2, Bucharest: Separate collection and transport of household waste and similar commercial/industrial/institutional waste, including separately collected fractions; sweeping, washing, and sprinkling of public roads, including collection and transport of soil and stones from roads, and waste from street bins to landfills or treatment facilities; cleaning and transport of snow from public roads and maintaining their functionality during black ice or frost. Related services as described in Article 5 of the specifications are also provided. Quantities and areas are detailed in the specifications and feasibility study. The award is based on the most economically advantageous offer/lowest price, considering the evaluation of the following tariffs: T1 (separate collection and transport of paper, metal, plastic, and glass from municipal waste) 23%; T2 (separate collection and transport of residual waste, including household and similar waste, and other separately collected waste apart from paper, metal, plastic, and glass) 23%; T3 (separate collection and transport of biowaste from municipal waste) 12%; T4 (separate collection and transport of construction waste from residences, generated by internal/external renovation and rehabilitation activities) 1%; T6 (separate collection and transport of bulky waste, including mattresses and furniture) 1%; T8 (separate collection and transport of abandoned construction waste) 1%; T10 (mechanized sweeping of roadways) 2%; T11 (mechanized sweeping of sidewalks) 2%; T12 (manual sweeping of roadways) 1%; T13 (manual sweeping of sidewalks) 3%; T14 (gutter scraping) 1%; T15 (roadway sprinkling) 3%; T16 (roadway washing) 4%; T17 (management of waste collected from street bins) 9%; T18 (separate collection and transport of abandoned municipal waste) 1%; T20-T26 (operation/action for specific snow removal and anti-icing equipment, GPS-monitored, Category 1-7) each 1%; T27 (manual snow and ice cleaning, including public boarding/alighting stations and shelters) 1%; T28 (manual spreading of salt as anti-skid material) 1%; T29 (manual spreading of salt-calcium chloride mixture as anti-skid material) 1%; T30 (mobilization and logistical support) 3%.
