Concession for the operation of the Fitness and Health Area at the Siglo XXI Municipal Sports Center in Zaragoza: includes necessary adaptation, reform, and modernization works, the provision of fitness and health activities and services, the use and management of spaces directly assigned to the operation, the execution of necessary technical installation and conditioning works, and their maintenance. Operation is carried out by the concessionaire assuming operational risk, operating the concession with its own technical, financial, and personnel resources, and remunerated as described in clause 4. A progress clause regarding offer risk is included.
