Concession for the management of the mountain area and the operation of public ski lifts and complementary activities in Thollon-les-Mémises: Management, operation, maintenance, and investment for all ski lifts (including major inspections and revisions); maintenance, operation, and investment for artificial snow installations; development and materialization of recreational areas (beginners, families, snowpark); development, tracing, maintenance, marking, and grooming of 6 km of cross-country ski trails, accessible from the Mémises gondola; maintenance and management of the Les Mémises restaurant (with sub-delegation option). For summer activities: development and operation of compatible activities, including offers for pedestrians using the ski lifts; management and maintenance of structures used for these activities; development and maintenance of thematic hiking and mountain bike trails.
