Concession for nautical-sports facility in the Port of Santander
Concession for the adaptation and operation of a nautical-sports facility in the eastern zone of the Marina del Cantábrico basin in the Port of Santander: The service includes the execution of works contained in the Basic Project, as well as the management of mooring services for sports and recreational vessels, management of the Captaincy building, supply of water and electricity, and reception of waste and residues. Bidders may propose additional complementary services. All uses of the areas must comply with the Special Plan and the DEUP. The concession is granted at the concessionaire's risk, who bears all technical, economic, operational, and demand-related risks.
